Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and denjp. By accessing or using any denjp services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
As part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering obligations, denjp requires all users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) procedures. You must provide a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian government-issued identification card (KTP) and a recent photograph or selfie for facial recognition verification. Verification typically completes within 2-6 hours but may take longer during periods of high volume.
Your ability to withdraw funds is contingent upon successful completion of KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, payment methods, or source of funds.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify denjp immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

denjp accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are typically credited to your denjp account instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method and your bank's processing times.
denjp does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which denjp is not responsible.
You may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits, registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, with typical completion times of 12-24 hours for verified standard accounts, 6-12 hours for Gold VIP members, and 2-4 hours for Platinum VIP members. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high volume.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly limits apply based on your account tier and payment method. Withdrawal requests exceeding these limits may be processed in installments.
denjp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. We may request additional identity verification documentation, source of funds documentation, or transaction history before approving withdrawal requests.
denjp is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, league, event, and user account tier. denjp reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at our discretion, particularly for large stakes or unusual betting patterns.
All sports bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. In the event of disputes, postponements, venue changes, or abandoned matches, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our Sports Betting Rules page. For football matches, bets are typically settled based on 90 minutes of play plus stoppage time, unless otherwise specified.
Live (in-play) betting is subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. Due to transmission delays, odds displayed may differ from actual current odds. We reserve the right to void bets placed on outcomes already determined at the time of bet acceptance.

Upon account closure, you must cease all use of denjp services. Any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited bonuses or funds from prohibited activities) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, you agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration law, rather than through litigation in courts. Arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language.
In the event that any bet settlement, game result, or account decision is disputed, denjp's determination shall be final and binding unless proven to be in manifest error.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of denjp services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using denjp services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration as specified in Section 11.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
